At Dprints, customer satisfaction is our priority. We take pride in producing high-quality custom products. Due to the personalized nature of our items, we can only accept returns or issue refunds under the following conditions:

Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive an item that is damaged during transit or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.

Incorrect Order: If we made an error in producing your order (wrong design, size, or product), let us know within 7 days of receipt, and we will correct the issue at no extra cost.

No Returns for Custom Orders: Since each product is custom-made, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. Please double-check your order details before completing the purchase.
